2025 marked a new phase for Shiseido Group in Brazil. One where awareness and experimentation walk hand in hand.

We connected planning, communication guidance, and execution in one cohesive ecosystem where connection drives measurable growth, expanding awareness, strengthening communities, and increasing impact in the market.

To launch Ultimune in Brazil, we transformed product education into an immersive art experience. A gallery-like journey in São Paulo translated Shiseido’s oriental DNA into minimalist installations, 360º projections, and curated pauses that revealed the product’s science, ingredients, and benefits step by step.

By bringing together press, dermatologists, and influencers, we balanced credibility, reach, and buzz - turning a launch into a cultural moment with 220+ attendees and nearly R$1 million in earned media value.
